The Riviera returns to Nottingham City’s Market Square and Todo Latino will be offering FREE tasters of a variety of fun and vibrant Latin dances to come and try out.
Come and dance some Salsa, Bachata & Merengue with us in the sunshine on the decked out Nottingham Riviera after work with a stocked bar available for the adults.
We’re here all Summer every Wednesday evening from July 22nd giving you the opportunity to get your groove on and learn a new fun style of dancing alongside others who may have never done any Latin dancing before. This event it suitable for all ages so please bring along your friends and dance!
If you’d like to sign up for the complete course we have classes and courses running all year round in Nottingham at the La Tasca Restaurant located on the corner of Weekday Cross.
From 10pm we’re on to Das Kino for our regular Latin dance social.

Learn about Son – Rumba – Orishas
Move your body in a new way & incorporate these styles into your Salsa. Noel’s calm and clear manner will help you through understanding the fundamentals alongside some of the history & development of Salsa as we know it.
From 1pm – 4:30pm with comfort breaks.
The workshop is £20 – or choose the Party & Workshop combination pass for £25 available in advance only.

Our second Loughborough Party will be held at the Swan in the Rushes in the Hop Loft. It’s a beautiful room with a great floor and an outdoor terrace, we’ve arranged 1am finish time, which is perfect for spending a fun-filled Friday summer evening.
There will be a class from 8pm with Amanda teaching an introduction to Merengue, then some Bachata Basics and Social dancing tips ;-)
Music will be predominantly Bachata and Salsa with a sprinkle of Kizomba in the last hour.
Please support the venues bar so we can continue to support dance friendly venues, it’s a Castle Rock Brewery Pub with great beer and very reasonable drink prices.

This summer time we see not 1 but 2 awesome special guests in attendance for the Todo Latino Fiesta plus Amanda and her Todo family teaching assistants.
For our first guest we welcome Leonardo Frometa Gracia flying in from Bremen to teach for us – originally from Cuba, Leo will be teaching an Improver+ class of Cuban Partner work.
We’re excited to welcome back Fabio Bahia resident DJ at all the great events in the North of England. He’s the king of the fiesta feeling and he’ll be playing a 50/50 Salsa & Bachata music mix from 10pm til 2am.

New monthly Loughborough Party every 2nd Friday of the month. I’m really excited to have found a space where we can party with a beautiful floor, licensed bar, central location and lots of space to dance.

Attend this workshop to improve your social dancing and freestyling ability in order to get more enjoyment from Latin dance parties and events.
This workshop is designed for both leaders and followers of different styles and abilities. It will predominantly focus around exercises to develop the communication and relationship between the Leader and Follower and will thus be beneficial to both men and women.
This Workshop is NOT about lots of new moves.
There will be music and comfort breaks every hour and there will also be time to practice after the workshop has finished from 9pm on their lovely floor.

This is a regular monthly Bachata workshop happening every 3rd Sunday morning at Fearon Hall in Loughborough, come along and learn all about this beautiful dance.
Plus revision of basics, musicality, movement, moves, partnership, lead and follow techniques.
Each workshop can be attended on its own or following on from the previous workshop to form a comprehensive course – The first few workshops will focus on developing a solid foundations of the basics and fundamentals.
This months workshop is looking at leadership using the legs and various other body parts. How and when to use which part of the body and with the right amount of movement and pressure. Ladies will be taught to read and react to these signals. We’ll also be looking at moving the body, when is the right time to move and how.
No need to have attended previous workshops, as always my aim is to teach technique for your further development, to respond to your interpretation of the music you feel.
Be an individual on the dance floor and become the best kind of dancer…
