Course Bookings

When buying class bookings in advance, please note that there is a period of eight weeks in which they can be used.

Once you've decided where you will be taking your class, you need to attend the classes at that particular location each week as per the course. Additonally classes must be taken during their consecutive weeks

(e.g. for a four week course you will not be allowed to start a class one week, stop for three weeks, and then start three weeks later).

Subject to change

The classes that comprise of our Salsa courses are very occasionally subject to change. In the event of it being necessary to reschedule a planned class we will always do our best to notify you in advance should this be the case.

If you are unable to attend a rescheduled class we will allow you to make up any missed classes in one of our other suitable classes of that course and level or during the next available course.

We recommend you check our Calendar before turning up to a class or lesson in order to see precisely what classes are taking place during any given week.

Cancellations

If a scheduled class is ever cancelled for any reason we will do our best to reasonably notify you in advance through our website, Facebook Group and Twitter page.

Your Right to Cancel

In order to protect your consumer rights when performing distance purchases online Todo Latino Dance Co. fully adbide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).

Health & Fitness

By taking part in a Todo Latino Dance Co. class or course it is assumed that to the best of the student's knowledge, that s/he is physically fit and well to take part in dance classes and social dancing. The student or individual should seek medical advice if they are in any doubt of their fitness to dance safely.

In the event of severe illness and injury please contact Todo Latino Dance Co. who will gladly pause your current course until you are fit to return to dancing.

Please note Todo Latino Dance Co. must be informed prior to the absence otherwise this will be counted as absent attendance and you will not be elligable to make this missed class up.

Conduct in classes

If any behaviour is deemed grossly inappropriate or unacceptable by either the venue management or Todo Latino Dance Co. staff you will be instructed to leave the class and will not be entitled to a refund.
