When booking a course there is a period of four or eight consecutive weeks depending on the course in which they can be used.
Once you’ve decided where you will be taking your class, you need to attend the classes at that particular location each week as per the course. Classes should be taken during their consecutive weeks.
i.e. For a four week course you will not be allowed to start a class one week, stop for three weeks, and then start three weeks later).
Course bookings will remain valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase meaning you must start and complete your course within a year.
Dancers become eligible for the Todo Credits stamp system after 12 weeks or more of consecutive classes.
Todo Credits are a great way to save on the cost of dancing can be redeemed against all classes, workshops, private lessons and parties, and make great gifts or stocking fillers for your friends, family and loved ones.
Individuals who are absent for long extended periods of time may be asked to resume paying normal rates until they have again accrued enough weeks or demonstrated a commitment to return full-time.

Our combined course special offer entitles one individual to take part in both the Beginners 8 week Salsa course and the Beginners 8 week Bachata course at their nearest Todo Latino location.

Please be aware there currently isn’t a Beginners Bachata course running at the Loughborough location.

Our classes are occasionally subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. In the event of it being necessary to cancel or reschedule a planned class we will always do our best to notify you in advance should this be the case.
If you are unable to attend a rescheduled class we will allow you to make up any missed classes in one of our other suitable classes of that course and level or during the next available course.
We recommend you check our Calendar in order to see more precisely what classes are taking place during any given week before turning up to a class or lesson.
If a scheduled class is ever cancelled for any reason we will do our best to reasonably notify you in advance through our website, and social media profiles including Twitter and/or Facebook. If you have any doubts regarding class scheduling please contact Todo Latino or the venue directly before your planned arrival.
In order to protect your consumer rights when doing onlines purchases Todo Latino Dance Co. fully abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).
By taking part in a Todo Latino Dance Co. class or course it is assumed that to the best of the student’s knowledge, that s/he is physically fit and well to take part in dance classes and social dancing. The student or individual should seek medical advice if they are in any doubt of their fitness to dance safely.
In the event of severe illness and injury please contact Todo Latino Dance Co. who will gladly pause your current course until you are fit to return to dancing.
Please note Todo Latino Dance Co. must be informed prior to the absence otherwise this will be counted as absent attendance and you will not be eligible to make this missed class up.
If any behaviour is deemed grossly inappropriate or unacceptable by either the venue management or Todo Latino Dance Co. staff you will be instructed to leave the class and will not be entitled to a refund.
The Management reserves the right to remove any ticket holder from the Venue, without refund, on reasonable grounds including, without limitation, where the ticket holder breaches these Terms and Conditions, disrupts other audience members’ enjoyment or does anything that the Management considers to be unacceptable behaviour which may cause damage, nuisance or injury.
Ticket holders are expected to comply with instructions and directions given by the venue staff.
