Re-opening Todo Latino - Todo Latino Dance Co
studio covid -19 plan

Opening during COVID-19

Having followed guidance from One Dance UK and Community Dancing, we now feel that we can open within Government guidelines.  The Studio will reopen with completely new styles of lesson and types of groups, please take a look at our new timetable and group types and choose a style that you are comfortable with.  As ever your safety and wellbeing is our priority at all times, we hope that you can find a way to dance with us soon.  Movement and music make us happy and healthy, dance is very important to the Todo Latino family, we must get this right for everyone, all the time.  For this reason, we are sharing our risk assessment with you, this document is likely to change as guidance and restrictions do.  Please contact us with any questions.

As we enter stage 3 of opening we have some very specific guidelines to follow, sharing some of these with you will help you prepare:

  • Each Dancer will have a designated 2m x 2m dance square, marked clearly
  • Fixed groups of limited sizes - Only households & genuine bubbles can dance in hold
  • A "Turn around"passing system - For anyone requiring the toilet during lessons
  • A one-way system from entry to the new exit will be followed by all studio users
  • Touchpoints will be highlighted and cleaned regularly and thoroughly
  • Adequate ventilation will be available - Windows (open) and fans on
  • Music volume will be low to reduce the projection of voices by students
  • Indoor dance shoes will be worn by all studio users - NO outdoor shoes
  • Dancers will arrive in clean clothing with as few possessions as possible
  • The physical distancing of 2m will be followed in all areas inside and outside the studio
  • Risk assessments and Covid-19 assessments will regularly be monitored
  • Advance bookings only - No cash - No drop-ins - No spectators - No refunds

We have more information to share with you and will do this over the next week.
